Police have launched a picture of a person needed after a 12-year-old lady was repeatedly sexually assaulted in a Primark retailer.

The teen was focused in a “blatant and repeated” assault within the store in Bury city centre on the afternoon of 11 September.

She was on the primary flooring of the store garments when a person walked behind and groped her, Higher Manchester Police (GMP) stated.

He continued to comply with the lady across the retailer and when she stopped for a second time, she felt her skirt being lifted.

When she circled she noticed what seemed to be a cell phone in his hand.

The lady ran to discover a member of the family she had gone to the store with and instructed them what occurred.

The person then reappeared and – not realising the lady’s member of the family was shut by – tried to method the her once more.

The member of the family challenged the offender, who “grew to become very agitated and rapidly made off via the primary entrance,” police stated.

GMP have now launched a picture of a person they need to converse to in reference to the incident.

PC Stephen Raine of GMP’s Bury Division stated: “This was a blatant and repeated sexual assault of a younger lady when she was merely out purchasing with household.

“We’re decided to search out who has dedicated this offence.

“We might ask anybody who recognises the person on this image, or has any info, to get in contact instantly.”
